About Moon Phase Yoga

Moon Phase Yoga classes are specifically designed to support women in their reproductive years. This method supports and nurtures the 28ish day cycle known as your infradian rhythm. If you’re struggling with hormonal imbalances it can be very helpful to start paying attention to the changes that happen throughout your cycle each month. Ultimately it’s your own body that holds the wisdom and power to heal. Life can become busy and stressful leading to a disconnect between mind and body. Moon Phase Yoga classes are an invitation to come back to your body, honor your natural rhythms, and find balance in your life. 

 

When you sign up you'll receive access to an on demand video library. Classes are organized by each phase of your menstrual cycle. There are a variety of class lengths from 15 minutes to over an hour. You'll also have access to a private community forum where you can share, ask questions, and support others. Twice a month there will be a live workshop, one honoring the energy of the full moon and one honoring the new moon.
